Yes it will: Make sure to keep all sharp objects including razors and, shavers away from youngsters, or they can accidentally hurt themselves. Luckily, it sounds like she was not bleeding from shaving her eyebrow.

Yes but: It may take quite a while, from months to a year. This hair replenishes itself over time but it does not grow as fast as hair in other locations. I make a great effort not to shave any hair in this location if I need to stitch it up for that reason.

Eyebrows: They will likely grow back some. We are told never shave eyebrows when we suture for the concern that they will not grow back. Plenty of women pluck eyebrow and wax eyebrows and they return. Wait and watch. They ,any not be exactly the same but most will be back.
