If she's well....: ....Then probably not. The are likely lymph nodes, that are part of the immune system, and show up when the immune system is active. If they grow, turn red, become painful, or are associated with other symptoms, then see your doctor.

Probably not: In general, pea sized lymph nodes near mucous membranes (head & neck, groin) are not worrisome unless they are painful or growing.
