Not usually: If your don't have an infection, you could have interstitial cystitis or urethral syndrome, both of which can cause irritation of the bladder. If you had endometriosis within the bladder itself, pain is possible, however, you would not know this without a procedure called a cystoscopy, where the bladder is actually evaluated with a camera.
