Elevated billirubin: You have itching associated with an elevated billirubin. The question is, is this billirubin normal for you. There is a condition called Gilbert's disease which is associated with elevated billirubin levels (can be up to five). This does not need to be treated, however if this billirubin is elevated for you then although your other liver test "normal" you are not . Get rechecked.

Difficult issue: It appears that you are likely having a bili built-up and the solution is to reduce the bilirubin back to the normal level. No drug would work well but topical TriCalm may relieve the itch a little. Do you know why you are having an elevated bilirubin?
