Boob itch: Several possibilities. You may have a skin reaction to bra or irritation from sports bra or clothing during exercise. Contact irritation from anything you are using on skin or it could be an allergy to something. Keep a journal of itching episodes and what seems to bring it on. Also review any new medications. Are you sexually active and does the itching seem to be related to this?

Pruritis: Itching of your "bobos" can be do to allergy, dry skin or infection like a yeast or fungal infection. I would get it checked.
