Hard to say: The symptoms and description are too vague to give you any real good advice. Certainly see your primary care physician. Leg aching can come from a number of different causes including exercise, restless leg syndrome, poor circulation, and the list goes on and on. Feet sweating and feeling cold is also hard to give you a good answer. It could be normal as sweat is designed to cool the body/feet.
