Different things: viral fever and labial agglutinations are not related, please see another doctor to take second opinion

Labial adhesions: Before undergoing surgery I would try using an estrogen cream to undo the adhesion

Can't advise: I can not see the extent of the agglutination so it is tough to advise you. I typically try using estrogen cream first, and refer to urology if it is ineffective.

PROBABLY NOT: I'm assuming what your talking about is labial adhesions a narrowing of the vaginal opening. this is a common condition and recognized in many girls in the first 3 years of life. Often it's there and opens up without treatment. Sometimes it can to lead to painful urination and urinary tract infection. It often responds to creams applied to the area. I would consult with your doctor.

Not Yet: Unless the adhesions are severe, surgery should be the last option. Progesterone cream applied with a q tip along the adhesions often opens up the labia. Speak to your pediatrician about that.

Labial adhesion: This is likely labial adhesion and can be treated with topical estrogen cream, such as Premarin (conjugated estrogens). Rarely does this require surgery. Ask your doctor about using this cream and get a prescription.
