Time to see a Doctor: If you have appendicitis, the sooner you are treated the better. This is a medical emergency and the treatment of choice has traditionally been surgical removal of the appendix before it ruptures. Symptoms include vague abdominal pain that localizes to the right lower abdomen, pain with touching the belly, nausea, fever, diarrhea, loss of apetite, and these symptoms are common.Doctor is needed now
