Sleep: Sleep is habitual and at 10 months of age, she must have been used to this for sometime now. There is no need to stop her from sleeping during the day. She needs the rest to function well. What you can try at nights is to remove any form of stimulation and entertainment including toys,musical instruments, tablets, TV and bright lights. Hopefully she will catch on with you sleeping at night.
