Breastfeeding?: If you are breastfeeding, your chances are low. If you are not breastfeeding, your chances are much higher. I have had patients who become pregnant with their next child in a little as 2 weeks following delivery.... I KNOW, right??? If you aren't breastfeeding, and aren't ready to become pregnant right away, consider seeing your doctor for a form of reliable contraception.
