Psychology/psych: Your teeth cannot be protected from stomach acid and digestive juiuces. You need counseling and psychiatric evaluation to get to the root cause.

You MUST get help!: I understand that you hope to save your teeth - that's good. But you really have a much bigger problem that must be resolved. Eating Disorders are a specialty but you can find a psychotherapist for this who can help you stop purging. It's hard but possible and essential. The IBS symptoms may need attention first but all can be done. Let the teeth motivate you for the challenge! Best wishes.

Dental appt: talk to your dentist--they may be able to make a guard--i think the direct exposure to acid causes the damage to teeth.
