Therapy: Therapy and education treat anxiety. Not pills. Pills cover up anxiety. They do not treat or cure anxiety. One learns in appropriate treatment to understand their anxiety, the memories that are triggering it and how to redefine the experience or to gain insight so that the feelings experienced are less severe. Anxiety is overcome. It is not cured by pills.
