I am having a very had time controlling my graves disease. my levels change every month and i keep getting digestive and anxiety symptoms. ?

It's not your job: To control your graves' disease. That's your doctor's job using either radioiodine or anti-thyroid drugs. If then can't do it properly, make sure you're seeing an endocrinologist and/or get a second opinion.
