Hard to know: There are many things that might cause a feeling of pressure in the head. Very unusual to have prostatitis or bladder emptying problems at your age. I would make sure neurologic causes of bladder dysfunction have been looked at. A brain disorder could you explain the head pressure and bladder dysfunction. Talk to your doctor.
