Any skin rash/bumps?: Any skin changes over your nose that you can see/feel? Do you wear glasses a lot that could be causing some irritation/discomfort? Can try OTC pain reliever (ibuprofen, naproxen, acetaminophen) to see if it helps. If it persists more than a few days, see doctor for evaluation. Sorry not more helpful. Best of luck with this.
