Talk to your doctor : Typically depression that doesn't respond to an antidepressant alone requires consideration for augmentation. A mood stabilizer may be an option. Sometimes lithium helps convert a non responder. Talk to your doctor about your symptoms. There are several options available. Stimulants are not the best choice because of their abuse potential.

Stimulants/Depressio: Stimulants can be used off-label as adjunctive medications along with Antidepressants when multiple trials on 1-3 different antidepressants produce no or limited response.
