Unlikely: If you were only one day late on your shot the chances are very slim that you could be pregnant. I would use condoms for backup for the next month to be extra careful. You usually have to be more than 5-7 days late for your shot for that to be an issue.

Probably not: if you have been taking regular Depo-Provera injections at 3 month intervals.
