My girlfriend is having bad stomach ache and she throw up everything she eats, she have beeing like that for almost 2 weeks and i'm worry ?

Too long: 2 weeks is too long for a typical stomach flu. Follow up with her doctor for an assessment. Is pregnancy a possibility? She may want to do a test?
