Vomiting: A hard stomach is never a good sign. If your girlfriend has a hard stomach and if vomiting up everything, I would take her to an ER or urgent care for evaluation. She could have anything from a stomach virus to an appendicitis. This is one of those cases where it's better safe than sorry in my opinion.
