All over: Use Retin A (tretinoin) all over your face, every night before bed time. Avoid the creases of the nose and the corners of the mouth (will burn).
Make sure you use sunblock in the morning, as your skin will be gradually peeling and very sensitive.

If using Retin A really dries out your skin, decrease your usage to every other day for awhile.
