Implanon: Implanon is an effective means of contraception. A side effect of the implanon is abnormal uterine bleeding. Some people can have bleeding everyday. Some people have no bleeding at all. Either one is abnormal uterine bleeding. The spotting, therefore, is a side effect of the implanon.
