When you ovulate: You can get pregnant immediately after removal of implanon. You could ovulate after removal of the implanon and be pregnant before your next expected period. Just because you can get pregnant, does not mean you will get pregnant right away. It takes two to conceive. Timing is everything. If you are in a hurry you can monitor your ovulation with ovulation tests of your urine. Start day 12.

Almost immediately: ...but. Some women have become pregnant even before they experience a period, but most doctors will recommend you wait a cycle or two to allow your hormones to readjust and balance. It's not imperative, however, and while it may take several months (3-4 to up to 12) for most women to get pregnant, if you get pregnant right away, everything should be fine. Good wishes:)
