See a doc, bro: Cannot tell what it is without an exam but as a rule, non-healing ulcers or sores should be evaluated, especially if you have risk factors for oral cancer. You are young so it is not too likely to be cancer but please go see a physician. And BTW, if you use tobacco products, quit right away. Best to you.

See your dentist: Canker sores are the most common oral lesions. Individual ulcers typically last 1-2 weeks only. The condition is idiopathic (cause is not known) recurrent aphthous ulcers is usually self-limiting. If you have a lesion for 6 month, see your dentist for evaluation. Not necessary oral cancer.
