Wait: It could certainly be the medicine.Try drinking clear fluids and try one more dose.If the symptoms recur you should stop taking it.

Maybe ?: Nausea is a common side effect of that antibiotic. Your reaction was more that just nausea obviously but you might try one more dose but not on empty stomach. Eat something first before taking antibiotic. If it happens again then you need to call you doctor and probably get different antibiotic.
