Congestion: "stuffy' or 'Full' feeling in your ears and sinuses may be an indication of congestion or sinus infection. You might even have an ear infection, or just a simple cold. Viruses, like the common cold, are self-limited, so if it does not improve within a week or so, see your family physician for further evaluation and treatment

See your doc: Among other causes, these may be symptoms of cerumen impaction (excessive earwax inside of ear canals) or sinusitis. Your doc should be able to help, both are treated differently. Be safe! ~F.MD
