Most likely: An EKG is a good but not perfect test, however coronary artery disease is extremely rare in a 27 year old. There are many causes of left arm pain. If you are still concerned, see your doctor, and they can pursue other possible causes. Hope this helps!

Pinched nerve neck: Could be cervical radiculopathy, especially if associated by weakness of wrist flexors or extensors.
