A 2-year old should: be able to chew LACTAID® Fast Act Caplets or Fast Act Chewable Vanilla Twist Flavour Tablets immediately prior to ingesting milk or milk products. Ask your pediatrician about dosage. You can't count on the tablets to dissolve completely or be evenly distributed in cold milk. 16-21 oz./day of milk & milk products is recommended for her age.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
