Depends: Most nail disease is fungal and antibiotics with not work. It is best to see a podiatrist so he can give you a diagnosis of the disease you have.

Yes: Yes there are antibiotics for bacteria and fungus that help nail disease.

Yes: Antibiotics will help if the nail is infected with bacteria. It will not help with fungal infections or other nail diseases which are not caused by infection.
