Sleep Hygine: 1- avoid electronics, exercise or reading 2 hours prior to go to bed 2. Do not work in bed 3. Go to sleep and get up at the same time, every day 4. Avoid stimulants and alcohol several hours prior to bedtime 5. Exercise in the morning or mid day. Get some sun 6. Keep the temperature in your room comfortable, avoid feeling hot 7. Keep the room dark 8. Try relaxation exercises or mediation b4 sleep.
