No: If this is an accurate tracing for SpO2, it is not normal. While with maximal exertion/effort SpO2 decreases are observed(the corresponding HRs are quite impressive), this isn't comparable to walking 100 ft. Either something is wrong with your pulse oximeter or you have a some sort of problem. With your lightheadedness, it could be a real issue and should be addressed with your doctor.
