I cleaned my bathroom with a foaming bleach spray cleaner a couple hours ago and i still feel extremely nauseous and light headed. is that normal?

Could be: Fumes from that type of product can be very irritation to the airways which can cause you to feel light headed. If it is severe or does not resolve in a couple more hours see a doctor. If you have any trouble breathing call 911.
