Possible: Fever, headache, neck stiffness, visual sensitivity to light and not feeling well are typical symptoms, Being bit by a mosquitoe would also be a risk factor. If these are severe symptoms please go down to the Emergency room for a complete history, exam to see if more testing is needed.
