Fine: If you mean a strong stream of urine as a "burst" that should be healthy. If you can't contain your urine and leak, incontinence should be addressed.

Probably: As long as you are not having pain with urination this should be okay. If you are having any problems with pain with urination or leaking urine please see your doctor.
