See Physician ASAP: If you have had unprotected oral sex, GC or Chlamydial infections of the Throat are possible. That being said, you can still have sore throat due to strep, Mono, or cold viruses. If you have had oral sex without a condom, and have a sore throat, go to your Physician, an Urgent Care Clinic, or to a Health Dept. Clinic and get your throat cultured for STD and for Strep.
