Call psychiatrist: The maximum dose is 40 mg a day, so 120 mg is not safe. High doses can cause heart rhythm abnormalities. You need to discuss your meds with your psychiatrist

NOT SAFE: Please don't ingest this much Citalopram. We can't ethically encourage you to try to trigger mania or hypermania in yourself. Please talk to your psychiatrist.
