Chicken soup better: You could be dehydrated. Lightheadedness suggests you need salt and fluid. There is not much salt in Gatorade. Suggest you try a bowl of soup, with salted crackers. If you are not holding anything down, you may need intravenous fluid, which likely means a trip to the Emergency Room.
