This is ER time.: Time to go to the ER. You're obviously ill and unstable. I dont know how emergency services work in Canada, but dial the emergency number and have the paramedics take you in. You could be having a prolem with severe thyrotoxicosis or thyroid storm which is life threatening. Even if that's not the case you are sick enough to need a hospital. Sign off and call EMS now.

You need to be seen: Given your history, I would think you are having thyroid issues. However, your HR is way too high for an 18 year old. You should be seen right away.
