No: A positive pregnancy test is almost 100% accurate, and you should be seen by a doctor. A negative pregnancy test could be a false negative if the levels of hCG is not high enough, ie: you're not far along enough in your pregnancy.

No: it's more like an AT LEAST 5 to make sure there is adequate exposure for the strip to respond. It's very very hard to wash out the strip's ink
