Probably not ...: The benefits of taking saw palmetto has remained unclear and conflicting despite research of decades. Facing so much uncertainty, I would suggest: Always test T-level before TRT, test T-level 1-2 months later to see how TRT raises T-level and evaluate clinical response, then add saw palmetto and test T-level in 1-2 months to see how the change of T can be. Ask Doc timely for reasonable details.
