Unlikely to happen: The growth centers of the bones determine your final height. As long as they are open, proper nutrition, rest & exercise support growth. The growth centers close in most women at 16-17 which can be verified with an x-ray of the wrist/hand. Once closed, there is no diet/exercise/drug or hormone that will make you grow taller. At a listed age of 20 it appears you at done growing taller.

It won't change: You're twenty years old. Drinking milk won't make your bones longer, or bigger; however, with "vegetarian lifestyles" being what they are today, many people are calcium deficient and in chronic pain from bone demineralization. Height's not going to change, but your amount of muscle, fat, and aerobic fitness are completely under your control. Take great care of whatever you've got.
