Unsure of Symptom: Monica, I am having some difficulty understanding your question. Do you mean you sat up in bed and pointed at the ceiling? Many strange sleep symptoms can occur in the context of sleep deprivation, which can cause waking hallucinations (essentially dreams while you are awake). Less likely would be a disease such as narcolepsy. Consider discussing with your primary doctor or going to a sleep MD

Cannot say without: an examination. BUT sleepwalking behavior is quite common. Can be increased by medications that affect mood/behavior/drowsiness.

Warm water: Slowly warm them up in warm water, move the fingers, and try wearing gloves if it is cold outside. Get evaluated by your physician as it could be signs of poor circulation. Have your circulation evaluated to prevent potential complications.

How do I get warm fingers so when playing the piano?

Proper Warmup: I treat a lot of musicians. Cold hands are a common problem, with several possible causes. The best treatment is a proper warmup before beginning to play. You should do 5-10 minutes of gentle exercise using big muscles prior to sitting down to practice. This can be walking up & down steps, squats, sit-ups, jumping jacks. Don't get all sweaty, but get your pulse rate up.
