Leg and back pain: It seems your are experiencing nerve compression in your lower back. Doppler and Ultrasound will not pick this up. You need a neurological work up. This can be done with a back specialist, neurologist, or pain management specialist.

Could be sciatica: have you seen orthopedist? stretching, physical therapy and sometimes cortisone shot at site of nerve insertion helps.
