Question?: Not exactly sure what the question is. Seems like you are in search of an explanation for your symptoms. Your labs seem pretty non specific so I would focus on the symptoms rather than the findings.

Low TT (160 ng/dL) and mildly elevated ALT (74)/GGT (122) enzymes. LH and FSH low/normal. Not overweight but high TG (2.55 mg/dL). Also suffer from anxiety (Lexapro) and high cortisol (AM 777 nmol/L). Thoughts? Liver enzymes are biggest worry?
