Not food grade: It's not food grade, so shouldn't be ingested. Miralax (polyethylene glycol) is an over the counter laxative that is a safer alternative.

Baby oil: This is not a good idea. Better to use prune juice, or prunes, or Miralax, (polyethylene glycol) or Milk of Magnesia.
