Individuals vary: and would be a reason to see ob to make sure nothing going badly BUT standard remedies for nausea: small amounts of fluids taken frequently (start wtih a couple tablesppons every 5 min and work up) avoid extreme foods (spicy, big, carbonated, hot, icy, etc) ginger or peppermint helps some people.
