Heartburn: Discuss this with your obgyn. You may need to modify your diet. Eat bland foods that are not strong in flavor or smell, such as the brat diet (banana/rice/applesauce/toast). Keep your meals small because you digest much slower during pregnancy and food will back up causing heartburn. Try small meals with snacks in between. Your doc can also prescribe nausea and heartburn medications. Best of luck!
