Need labs: if an ultrasound wont tell you info, a lab test can help.. your HCG level in pregnancy should double every 2 days. a couple of levels will tell you its ok, or wait and do another US, your dates could be wrong

It depends: if you have a positive pregnancy test: they need to check for a Quanitative HCG-- it should double each week----if it does: check for ectopic pregnancy;;; if it is higher : check for a molar pregnacy ;; if it goes lower---or 0 check for a miscarriage
