Yes: No fertility problems will be expected to take place after kidney donation.

Yes: Fertility should not be affected by living donor nephrectomy. If the donor is deemed otherwise healthy enough to donate a kidney, there should be no increased risk of pregnancy-related complications to either the female donor or her fetus. Hope this helps.

Possibly yes: Kidney donors are supposed to be able to lead normal life and have fairly normal kidney function. To get a specific answer please ask the doctor evaluating for donation.
