Wart location?: If the wart is on the vulva or vagina then they can be removed with several methods of treatment by your GYN MD. Warts are caused by the HPV virus and if your fiance' has them also then both of you need to be treated as they are transmissable between you both.

Options...: Warts like this are annoying. There are a few ways to get rid of them. The simplest is a cream called "Aldara (imiquimod)" or "Zyclara". You put this cream on at bedtime 3 times a week. You may need to use it for 16 weeks. Other treatments involve surgical removal, laser removal, or having your Ob/Gyn apply Podophyllin or trichloracetic acid in the office. I like Aldara (imiquimod) or Surgical removal best.

Easy to fix: The HPV strains that cause your unsightly warts aren't usually the ones that cause cancer. Still, you want to be rid of them. Easy, but be brave! A visit to a dermatologist, urologist or other specialist who owns a laser, or a primary care physician who can write a Rx for a topical agent or inject them, can rid you of this. Condoms until you're married. Best wishes.

See OB-Gyn: Cryotherapy is usually done to kill the virus causing the warts. Please see your primary care physician or OB-Gyn for treatment. Aldara (imiquimod) cream is a possibility. It would be best to tell you future husband before you marry and protect him with condoms until the warts are under control.
