Diarrhea: Unlikely that this is stress related, although anything is possible. Symptoms of this nature that have been present for 2 weeks really warrants a visit to a doctor for evaluation. Please get him to be seen, and good luck.

Diarrhea: There are many causes of abdominal cramping and diarrhea. As this has been occurring for 2 weeks he should have a check up with his doctor and further investigations such as analysis of his stool, blood work and if necessary a colonoscopy. Stress would be a diagnosis of exclusion.
